The Glory of His Grace

Welcome to the blog. This site exists for one main reason—to magnify the glory of the grace of God, which shines more brightly than the sun in the face of Jesus Christ (2 Cor. 4:6). Another way of saying it is that God has commanded in His Word, “Declare his glory among the nations, his marvelous works among all the peoples!” (Ps. 96:3), and what better way to declare His glory than to share, if only in snapshot form, the sin-stained frames of life as they are overwhelmingly deluged with His abundant mercies.

“On God rests my salvation and my glory; my mighty rock, my refuge is God” (Ps. 62:7). The truth is that God Saves Sinners, and in this His kindness is most wondrously shown. In the same way the Christian life is, in one sense, a continual growth in the supreme awe that He chose me in His own free, sovereign love. True growth is measured in the increasing enjoyment of Jesus Christ in all that He is for us. O, the deep, deep love of Jesus! My hope is that you will taste and see for yourself (Ps. 34:8), and that God Himself would give you a palate and a vision for His greatness!
